Found Horizon Appliance Repair through a quick online search when our heat was acting up. Who knew finding reliable furnace repair in Los Angeles could be that easy? Anyway, Alex came over right on time, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and didn't waste any time fixing it. Seriously, he even made what’s normally a headache feel like no big deal. The guy knew his stuff, had the right tools, and was in and out without any hassle. And the furnace? Running like it’s brand new. Still shaking my head at how smooth it all went.
